Full-Stack Kubernetes Monitoring
Getting full visibility into a Kubernetes cluster means gathering data about your nodes, pods, applications, and the state of the cluster itself. More importantly, looking at the three pillars of observability: Infrastructure, Applications, and Logs.
Being able to easily correlate between these three pillars is paramount to being able to reduce the two most important metrics we have: Mean-time-to-detection (MTTD) and Mean-time-to-resolution (MTTR). By reducing both our MTTD and MTTR, we can increase customer satisfaction and experience for the end-users and consumers of our applications.
We'll explore how we can use Datadog to quickly and easily instrument our Kubernetes infrastructure and applications to gain deep and wide visibility into operational and development aspects of our applications.
The Datadog community in Atlanta includes many skilled practitioners with deep knowledge and unique experiences to share, as well as a number of Datadog staff. Presented November 13, we held a special event bringing together the local Datadog community in an evening of conversation, drinks, and tech talks. Enabling people to meet their peers from local companies, share ideas and best practices, and learn actionable monitoring tips from our featured speakers!
