Hue’s tap dial switch can run different scenes depending on the time of day. That’s how I set my lights up.
How to set it up
- In the Hue app, add the tap dial switch.
- Pick a button and choose Time-based instead of a single scene.
- Add time slots, for example morning, day, evening and night.
- Pick a scene for each slot.
- Use the dial to brighten or dim whatever scene is on.
